Tomorrow I'll go to English Camp with the 9th grade students. This is my 5th English Camp with Friends School. I'm really looking forward to it. The weather forecast says there will be rain, but it doesn't matter. Actually, it might be good because when it rains we often see lots of monkeys around the camp. They play on the roofs and in the trees.
明日私は第９年級（中学３年生）の生徒たちと一緒にイングリッシュキャンプに行きます。今回のイングリッシュキャンプは普蓮土学園でいく５回目のキャンプです。私はそれを本当に楽しみにしています。天気予報では雨は降るが、気になるほどではないと言っていました。実際に雨が降ったとき、私達は度々キャンプの周りで多くのサルを見ました。彼らは屋根の上や木の上で遊んでいました。
The camp is held in the mountains in Nagano. The scenery is beautiful. We can hear lots of birds singing, and we can see lots of dragonflies. They are so colourful. It's really nice to spend 3 days with the students. It's completely different from school because we don't have formal classes. We do various activities together, we clean together, we eat together...basically we live together in English for three whole days!! It's great! I hope the students this year enjoy it!
キャンプは長野の山で開催されました。その景色はきれいでした。私達は鳥の合唱を聞くことができ、また私達はたくさんのトンボを見ることが出来ました。彼らはとてもカラフルでした。本当に良い３日間を生徒たちと一緒に過ごせました。それはいつものフォーマルなクラスとは全然違う生活でした。私達は一緒に様々な活動を行い、一緒に掃除をし、一緒に食べ、基本的に３日間を英語で生活しました。それはとても良かったです。今年の生徒たちも楽しんでくれるといいな。 Translated by M.K. 中２
