Japanese convenience stores are amazing!

When I first moved to Japan, I remember going to Lawson for the first time with my friends. On the surface, conbini in Japan are very similar to gas stations in the US. As a matter of fact, there are many 7-11s and Circle Ks in America. However, Japanese convenience stores are a much more important part of one's daily life in Japan.

Japanese convenience stores are where you go to pay your bills, pick-up packages, buy concert tickets, and get delicious nikuman! I usually visit a convenience store at least once a day. In the morning, I buy my lunch and a drink for the day. During the weekend, I usually go at night to get a snack. Recently, I have been really addicted to the Karage-kun Hokkaido Cheese that are sold at Lawson.
Translated by: O.M 中3
