Friday’s Dance Party /

Kayla Allen

On Friday we will have a Dance Party in the Language Center. I'm very excited. I can't wait to dance and sing with students. I hope many students will come!

The game we will play is called Just Dance and it's a video game that's very popular in America. What you do is follow the movements of a dancer that's on the screen. If you move very well, you get a lot of points. You can compete against your friends and see who gets the most points.

In America, I often play Just Dance with my sister and cousins. Here in Japan, I only play by myself :(

I'm excited to play with other people! It's great exercise and you get to listen to a lot of popular songs. The songs I like the most are by Ariana Grande, One Direction, 5 Seconds of Summer, Lady Gaga, and Pharrell. They also have older songs like "Don't Worry Be Happy" by Bobbie McFerrin and "Holding Out For a Hero" by Bonnie Tyler. They even have "Let It Go" from Frozen! It's great!
Holding Out For A Heroなどの古い音楽もあります。 Translated by H.T 高3
